Prima hotel voor een ontspannen vakantie. Al het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet, werd ook constant aangevuld. Avond eten hebben wij in de nabije omgeving gedaan. Is overigens ook prima verzorgd in het hotel zelf. In de avond altijd een programma in de bar voor wie niet op zijn kamer wilde zitten. Enige minpuntje was het handdoekje leggen op de stoelen bij het zwembad. Maakte voor ons niet uit wij gebruikte het zwembad in de middag als we terug waren van oceaan of excursie. Dan waren er altijd wel wat bedden vrij. Wel handig om een huurauto te nemen. Parkeerplaats bij hotel. Zeker een aanrader.

Viajámos em família, pela 2.ª vez, para o Oásis e, assim como na 1.ª vez, não desiludiu. Funcionários atenciosos e prestáveis, pequeno almoço e jantar diversificados (todos os jantares foram temáticos), piscina de água salgada com boa capacidade para o números de hóspedes assim como o número de espreguiçadeiras. O bar de apoio à piscina tem boas opções para refeição com uma óptima relação qualidade/quantidade/preço. De salientar que, apesar do check in ser só a partir das 15h, como chegámos antes das 10h30, foi-no oferecido o pequeno almoço e um snack no bar da piscina. Foi uma óptima surpresa. O único apontamento que temos a fazer tema a ver com a qualidade da limpeza do quarto: nos dias em que pedimos para fazer a limpeza (no Oásis pode escolher quando quer que a limpeza do quarto, sendo-lhe creditado 3€ por cada dia que não quer limpeza) apenas trocavam os lixos que era o mesmo que faIam nos dias em que não tínhamos pedido a limpeza.

Très belle expérience ! La chambre était parfaitement propre et confortable. Le personnel de la réception a été aux petits soins : ils ont même eu la gentillesse de nous préparer un petit-déjeuner le jour de notre départ très tôt à 6h du matin. La piscine était propre et agréable, idéale pour se détendre. En résumé, un séjour sans souci, avec un service attentionné et des installations bien entretenues. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour passer des vacances agréables à Madère

Location perfetta, letteralmente a due passi dall’oceano. Il nostro appartamento era super confortevole, elegantemente arredato, provvisto di due camere e due bagni stupendi, situato al piano terra con accesso tramite cancello al lungomare. Colazione e cena non eccezionali ma nella media. Palestra piccola ma funzionale e apprezzabile. Animazione serale da rivedere.

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly staff. Rooms spacious with a beautiful view (we had a side view) Ideal for couples or families that want to relax (if you can do that with kids 😅) No shortage of sun loungers and the pool is lovely, but lacks atmosphere (no music or poolside entertainment) Food is very nice! We did the offer of 95 Euros for X3 dinners Inc drinks (half price for children) It's about a 30 minute bus trip into Funchal, which is really nice and the hotel also offer a free shuttle bus into the town (you have to book) Excursions are expensive and no beach as such (large rocks, no sand) Evening entertainment ok, but again could be better and more engaging for the kids. A lovely stay, but once you've done it you've done it.

Our entire family enjoyed our stay : from the pool to the rooms, everything was very enjoyable! The brekafast and dinner are nice, but I would prefer less choice and more quality. But I guess it's almost the same problem for all buffet style food.

Great location, convenient between the airport and Funchal. Family-friendly, nice staff and great food. We had a wonderful time!
